DESIGN GUIDELINE

Skolkovo is an innovative center near Moscow. According to the approved master plan for the area, a group of 4 students was suggested to take part in a competition for two central blocks design guideline proposal of the District D1 in Skolkovo with 12 buildings with 7 functions. Total building area = 38,000 sq.m, lot area = 1.76 Ha, FAR = 2.15
